[Tilesathome] Building rendered

Hi all,

I am not sure that I address my question to the right list. Hopefully
someone will be able to re-direct me if I am not.

In the GeoBase/CanVec import process in Canada I imported buildings as
k="building" & v="yes".  I would like to know why they do not show on the
map althought they have been uploaded in osm for few weeks now ? How should
have had to tag them to be rendered ?
