[Tilesathome] BatikAgent changes in -dev

Hi

Just a heads up: I committed a change to the dev version of the client
today which auto-start/stops BatikAgent automatically so that it
starts when it's needed and stops when the client stops.

This works just fine for a normal looping client, but if you use some
esoteric wrapping around it I guess it could break.
