[Tilesathome] RenderStripes = 5 is broken at coastlines

Hi all,

the setting RenderStripes = 5 is broken and have problems with coastlines!

test tileset
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/3703/1877/

RenderStripes = 0 or RenderStripes = 4 do render this tile corectly and 
RenderStripes = 5 do render a land tile and drop the see

tested with the dev trunk client and threading client both have the same effect
