[Tilesathome] Defect rendering of houses as triangles

Hi all,

currently we have problems in Rostock with osmarender rendering houses. 
Often the houses are not completely rendered. Instead of rectangle you 
see triangles. Lets take an example

In this area you see houses which sometimes are rendered the right way 
but often wrong. Mapnik is rendering the right way and an example of 
osmarenders wrong way you can see in 
http://www.informatik.uni-rostock.de/~mgarbe/osm/ktv_defect_osmarender.png

Is there any explanation for that behaviour?
