[Tilesathome] New Orleans area full of duplicate nodes

Hi all,

the import done south of New Orleans created so many duplicate nodes, that
for this area many maplint tiles can no longer be computed.

For this tiles a rerender for "maplint,captionless" is started every 6
hours (some requests "cycle since 2 weeks"). The Virtual_Tiles at home client
dies always if one of this tiles is assigned.
