[Tilesathome] TRAPI problem

Hi,

Im trying to install TRAPI with india.bz2.
I did cleandb and trying tahdbload.pl but it keeps telling tags.1 not found.
I can't locate docs for resolve this problem. the paths are all good in
trapi.pm.
After the error there is a z11 dir that gets created in trapi data
directory.

please suggest.
