[Tilesathome] gd error / truncated data

Hi,
i got hold of a couple more cores and installed new fresh debian lenny
+ tilesathome and the client gets stuck now and then with this:

[#41   0% tile-z17] Splitting stripe 0... gd-png:  fatal libpng error: Read Error: truncated data
gd-png error: setjmp returns error condition 2

This is repdroducable on that machine with the same tile. For example
1206 1539 or 2152 1465
