[Tilesathome] Alternative t at h statistics

Hello folks,

I created an initial version of some alternative statistics for the
tiles at home users.

The page is updated hourly from the original t at h users page. It shows
the amount of rendered
tiles for the last 24h, and what placement each user would have in
24h. The "# in 24h" column
shows a v or a ^ to indicate that this user will get a worse or better
placement.

There is much way for improvements (up to graphics showing the last 30
days of work per user),
but I want to know what you say and if anyone likes it.
