[Tilesathome] Tiles at Home for Windows installer location

Hi,

after over a year of waiting time for a fix of the original installer 
nothing happened. So I submitted my own version to SVN today. It's 
tested by dozens of people who contacted me in the meantime for a fixed 
version. So the basic functionality is working.

Where should the installer binary be stored? Right now it's on a private 
server, signed with a digital certificate.

Storing in SVN is something I have mixed feelings. First it would fill 
up SVN history with a lot of binary, second it's a location a lot of 
people have write access. So the binary can be easily altered giving 
malware a chance to sneak in.

Any ideas?
