mmh, not sure, I am overly fond of happing to update Windows binaries on
every release, but if that is the consensus, then I'd be willing to do
that.
Aren't there places like sourceforge that provide nice download mirrors
for 3rd party tools that the t at h server could simply link to and that
wouldn't require my intervention on every single version bump?
