Just right-click on the blue square and select "copy image URL" and you
have your tile number, or paste the map permalink (as you have done) and
someone will have a look.
(something like
http://e.tah.openstreetmap.org/Tiles/maplint/12/849/1794.png  where
12/849/1794 is the tile number)
