[Tilesathome] fonttest failed on Batik/Win32

The rendering for Khammam is way off. It doesn't even do the ligatures
correctly. This is a known bug for batik.

If someone implements it *and* it doesn't make inner city renderings
impossible due to increased rendering complexity.
