[Tilesathome] mysterious things

The black stripes look like a bug in the rendering stack.  Inkscape perhaps?

The big red dot is probably a misconfigured rule at zoom level 8 for some
POI.  No idea what though.  Probably best to trawl through the rules file
for zoom level 8.
