[Tilesathome] Munin is back

Dear all,

the munin stats for tah.openstreetmap.org are back. Let me know if you
are missing out crucial information:

On an unrelated note:

I have to copy and paste some tile location into the tile detail
view quite often, which meant replacing "," with "/". 

I made URLs work now with both schemes, so these are equivalent:
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/captionless/12/2393/1686/
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/captionless/12,2393,1686/

(The following will be URL encoded by Firefox but still work of course:
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/captionless/12,2393,1686)
