[Tilesathome] Switching to Clientside Tileset generation -- second try

Hi,

After an initial hiccup on the serverside tilesets are now running along
nicely.

Please have an eye on client and map behaviour regardless, and if you
notice anything odd, please let us know.

Some clients will fail with "auto-update disallowed" messages. Please
update to the latest revision by running "svn up --ignore-externals" in
the client directory. Thanks.
