[Tilesathome] style sheet help

Dear all,
I give up. I tried to fix the lowzoom caption style sheets but I cannot.

Currently capitals are rendered in z6 just fine, but appear all white in
z7. The differences between the z6 and z7 stylesheets are negligable
otherwise though.

I would appreciate if someone had a look at caption-z7.xml and see what
all capitals come out all white. I don't get it.
