in the t at h load balancer use osmosis to download the replicate diffs and
then a re-written trup.pl feeds those diffs to trpcs.pl for writing to the
database.  It's a hack, but it seems to work quite well, assuming you have
java available for osmosis that is.

I'll forward you the instructions that I sent to Mathieu.  Maybe I should
update the TRAPI page on the wiki as well.
