[Tilesathome] Counter limit reached

Hello guys,

the counters used for tracking user's uploaded tiles (i guess KB also) are 
clearly 32 bit integers and they don't run over 4294967295 = 2^32.

Perhaps that is just a problem of that webpage, but it could be the counter 
used in the T at H server itself.
