[Tilesathome] not downloading data from TRAPI

It seems that the error was on the origin OSM database. I could
upload/download data for a while today. And TRAPI uses minutely
replicants to get the recent data. TRAPI refuses to work if this
mechanism doesn't work for a while and there is a lack of exactly three
hours today: http://planet.openstreetmap.org/minute-replicate/001/057/

TRAPI should work normal by now.
