[uMap] acces to features blocked

I have a map with 2 layers:

The layer "Odhadované hranice kalamitou postihnutej oblasti” contains ploygons that overlap linear features on the 2nd layer and I am unable to click these lines, regardless of the vertical ordering of the layers. Is there anything that I can do to position the polygons “below” the lines so that these can be clicked?
