[uMap] Way to symbolize data by color

Hi!

I was looking for a way to symbolize data by color. Basically I have
this map of OSM overpass data  (below) that I would like to symbolize
by 'timestamp' (i.e. most recent to oldest).

I see examples with symbolized colors...but not much pointing me in
the way to "how to do it". Any pointers out there?

Also, since 'timestamps' tend to be a bit knarly, I will have to do
some regex/string parsing of some sort - anybody know offhand if this
doable in the umap interface?
