[uMap] Default Layer

Hello umap@

I have made a map using your app (anonymous by default! very nice) to 
get my friends to help me map a specific sort of thing.  Then I added 
another layer when I realized I needed some metadata.  Now the second 
layer is the default one, and every new object needs to be explicitly 
told to go to the first layer using the dropdown which appears only 
after clicking it onto the map.  This is going to be a huge point of 
confusion for everyone; is there some way I can reorder the layers?
