[uMap] Deleting a layer imported in error

Hello
Thank you for Umap, I am having fun learning it.
I made a map with 11 electoral areas, each with it's own layer so I could
colour them in groups and and add popup results text.
Unfortunately I created a duplicate layer . I know I can hide it after
opening the map to view but I would like to remove it from the map.  Please
is this possible?
Also I added a marker to one layer as a trial and would like to remove it
also.

I wonder if I can either put a name label on each area, (they are relations
from OSM via overpass by geojson,) or Have a label appear while passing
over an area with the mouse rather than clicking on it.
