[uMap] Geocoding

Hi.

AFAIK there are a couple of solutions

- qgis plugin MMQGIS which performs geocoding via google (I guess 2-3k
nodes limit) or nominatim alternatively
- csvgeocode[1], command line tool via nominatim

Of course to obtain a good geocoding you do need address nodes otherwise
your points will get street average coordinates
