[uMap] UMAP and CSV delimiter

You can use an ethercalc spreadsheet to feed directly umap: just create an
empty layer and set "remote data" with spreadsheet url and format (csv);
every change on spreadsheet will be inherited in umap. Maybe you have to
set Dynamic flag "on".

For large amount of data (ie > 2-500 lines) I'd suggest not feeding, but
uploading data as standard static layer.

If you need to work on the shared ethercalc spreadsheet, simply adding
".csv" to url, will start data download on your machine, then umap file
import.

If fir some reason your file doesn't have csv extension, you need to tell
umap it has csv data.
