[uMap] Basic questions

Hello everyone

My name is Nikole and I am in Central America working with human rights
defenders.

We need to create a map with sensitive information and we do not want
the server administrator to see our data then.

We would like to install umap on a server and create a new instance but
we want to know what implications it has:

Is it easy to install?
It requires a lot of updating?
Is it difficult to administer?
Is it better to use an instance than to install umap on a server?
How much does it cost to install umap on a server and give it maintenance?

Any other recommendations are welcome.
