[uMap] Trouble with csv format import

Interesting. I was using a Name and Description (large) style for the pop-up,
then this template,
Member- **{name}**
Farm- *{farm}*
ADCA No- {member}
Region- {region}
Email- {email}
Phone- {phone}
Web page- [[{web_page}]]

The alpha field "name" and numeric fields (member and region) showed up, but
the other alpha fields did not show. I think I tried the table pop-up early
in the process and it did not work, but that was just me being on the steep
part of the learning curve. I'll will try it again.
