We are running into considerations of amount of usage.
If your site (commercial or non-commercial, it does not matter) is
low-traffic, umap.openstreetmap.fr is provided, for fair usage.
If your site (commercial or non-commercial, it does not matter) can
put a heavy load on umap.openstreetmap.fr you should reconsider, do
not use this open and shared ressource and run your own instance
instead.
