[uMap] Problems installing Umap on UBUNTU server

Hi

I'm trying to install Umap on a UBUNTU server. I am a very new user of UBUNTU server and have so far no experience in using umap.

I have installed the ubuntu server on an HP laptop - works fine as I see it.
Then I try point by point to follow this guide:
https://umap-project.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ubuntu/ (Ubuntu from scratch)

But when I come down to the command:
virtualenv /srv/umap/venv --python=/usr/bin/python3.5

I always get an error message. I have restarted the server and logged in with the umap user, but nothing seems to help.

Unfortunately, my vast knowledge of both UBUNTU and Umap is giving me challenges as I hope you can help me solve my problem.

I have attached a simple picture of thesreen (see below) with messages I get, after I enter the command.

I would be very very grateful if one of you has the opportunity to help me get the umap running on my server.
