[uMap] Edit / Changer OSM Map impossible

Did you click on the blue button "Toegang verlenen" / (Grant Access) ?
That is all that is needed to use your OSM account in uMap.

This is typical for a OAUTH- authentication. You are redirected to a
website where you have a login (be it OSM, Google, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
On that website you have to login (if you didn't do that before) and just
press a "Grant Access" button.
You will be redirected automatically to the original site, which now knows
that you logged into OSM (or Google, etc.) and also knows who you are.
There is no need to check additional flags. Next time you try to login to
uMap, the process will be repeated.
What OAUTH allows umap is to leave the user
login/authentication/verification to another website (where the user has a
login), so they do not have to keep a list of users and passwords. It is
also useful, as you have to remember less passwords.
