[uMap] security

Hello,
This is my first message to this list.
I am using umap to build a map project in a workplace setting.
The map project is closed (hidden) from all users who do not have the 
link to the map project.

I am wondering if someone can tell me how secure the data in my map 
project is.
I am suspecting that anyone who happens upon my umap-project-name, will 
see my map project and all the data it holds.

However... I am wondering if the map server (in France??) is secure from 
infiltration.?

If in the future I need to remove/delete the map project, is my map data 
properly erased?
