[uMap] update of a map doesn't work

Hi,

I try to update this map
https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/de/map/weeklyosm-is-currently-produced-in_56718#4/46.32/5.80

I always get the message ... "Oops, someone else has edited the data. You
can still save, but changes made by others will be deleted."

Although I then confirm that I want to save, the data is not transferred.

What can I do?
