[uMap] Map that cannot be seen or edited

Hello everyone, A while ago I created a map, currently I can't view or edit
it. This is the address to see the map:

I think I had created it without a user, but I have an anonymous edit link,
through which I see the Edit button, but when I press it nothing
happens. Neither
the basemap, nor the layers, nor the panels or side bars or top/bottom are
shown.

It's likely that the basemap it had was a custom one, with a url that might
be currently unavailable. The layer data is taken from a repository on
github, in geojson format, and it is available.

>From a umap account linked to my github account I had created a first test
sketch, which is working, and except for the basemap I think it should be
the same as the previous one:
https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/map/sistema-de-salud-argentina-covid19_437045

I would prefer to fix the problem with the old map and not create a new
one, because its link can be in many places. In the repository and in the
openstreetmap wiki which I could edit, but I don't know which other sites
the link to the originally shared map could be copied to.
