[uMap] Lost Maps

Hello.

I am another one affected by this issue. Most maps which I haven't edited
for a while are still there. One or two I have edited recently are the
older versions (as month or so out of date) and some I deleted a few weeks
ago now visible again. So may be the server has rolled back a few weeks. I
hope the issue can be looked into and people's maps restored. Might be
worth waiting a few days and rechecking.

I make sure each and every time I work on a map to go to Edit > Edit map
settings > Advanced actions > Download. This generates a .umap file with
the name based on your map's title. Save it and make up a 2nd backup to say
on a cloud storage. In the worst scenario, you can then create a brand new
map by importing in the .umap file.
