[uMap] umap hypertext feature

Hi,
I would like to share with you an implicit functionnality of umap
w.r.t hypertext navigation within a map.
Each POI of the map is assigned an URL made of the latitude and the
longitude such as
http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/fr/map/my_map#14/43.7112/6.9100
You can edit a POI and define a name and a description. Within the
description, if you type an URL, this URL will be displayed as an
hypertext link when leaving the edit mode.
Hence, if you type an URL of a POI in the description of another POI,
you will be able to navigate from one POI to another in hypertext
mode.
