[WelcomeWG] next meeting

Hi all, 

The next Welcome WG meeting will be this Thursday @ 15:00Z [1] on #osm-strategic as usual.

So far we've taken a free form discussion approach (see previous meetings minutes links at  http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Mvexel/Welcome_Working_Group) but I'd love to move towards some level of formalization, so we can start to make a difference. We identified two main areas we could be focusing on:
1) Documentation
2) New contributor behavior metrics & research

I propose to use this next meeting to do the following:
* Determine our focus areas and scope 
* Determine tasks / roles.

Does this sound like a plan? Who is planning to attend? 
Who can help spread the word?
