[Accessibility] Apps for visually impaired on a Windows Mobile Phone -- HTC HD2

I am getting an T-Mobile HTC HD2 smartphone. It has the Windows Mobility 6.5 operating system on it. I have a vision disability. What Apps can I get for it? I want to be able to:
 
1. Magnify the screen
2. Have a screen reader
3. Have GPS for the blind. 
 
I know that Code Factory has accessibility products. Do these work on a phone that does not have an external keyboard? What Apps are avaible on the phone itself?
