I don't know the HTC HD2, but:
All three, screen magnifier, screen reader and mobile navigation are available from Code Factory for Windows Mobile operating system since version 5.
The touch screen is supported according to the website.
I do not know any screen reader or magnifyer software that is free, but I did not search for it.
The free orientation (not full navigation) tool Loadstone-GPS is not available for Windows Mobile.
The free new orientation tool LoroDux will be released this month, but needs an external GPS device (internal devices are not supported yet).
It will work with OpenStreetMap data.
Why are you sure which device you buy before you have answers to all these questions and compare it to the other available devices, e.g. Symbian S60 OS devices?
Best regards
