The mobile market seems to be changing rapidly these days, if at all
possible I'd advise you to wait until the end of the year if Windows
mobile is the platform you're interested in. Windows mobile 7 should
hit the market at that time. Especially if it's a pay monthly
contract, I'd advise to investigate thoroughly though, which platform
and which device actually best fits your needs. Smartphones offer a
lot, but there are great differences, also with respect to
accessibility features.
