[Accessibility] OSM to Nokia Maps

Hello everyone!
yes, I use a screen-reader (talks) on symbian 9.3 and as far as I know only 
Loadstone was completly accesible until not too long ago.
now gps from nokia is accesible with Nuance talks 5.2 but the maps that 
nokia uses ar poor.
That I asked if OSM can be fonverted to nokia format (lmx).
