When I said "overridden", then this is about cases where I moved the
wheelchair from the stop_position to the platform. wheelmap.org added
them back on the stop position.

It seems consensus in this thread that both the stop_position and the
platform are potential targets for the tag. I for my part will stop
interfering and leave the tags where they are.
