[Accessibility] Important: Mailing list discipline

Hello list members,

once in a while I need to remind you to think before you post.

Choose a title for your mail that fits to the content.

Shorten fullquotes or answer between the lines.

Use paragraphs with at least one empty line to give a structure to your text.

All these habits make emails more accessible for our blind mailing list members and more comfortable for all the others.
