Greatly admire your proposal. Our interests align with your intents as sidewalks and pedestrian ways are critical for accessibility for all people - especially low vision and blind users.  Please feel free to call anytime at 512-839-1996 or tejasfilms on skype.  We are proposing that precise routing become an ADA mandate and we are working with NFB Texas to push that forward.
