[Accessibility] Adding tags for OSM for the blind Dissability

Hello,
I read the tags that are approved for the blind at
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Disabilitydescription .
Some are good - a tree where a guide dog can go to urinate - others do not
correspond to the Czech reality at all, some are even laughable - a tag for
water splashing from a fountain or drinking fountain, and many are missing
that would certainly help.
Where can I send or write any suggestions? English to that wiki page? Can I
also use the Czech tag blind:description:cz=explanation? I have some tips
that I have already consulted in a discussion with the authors of the
Street Complete application, who advised me to design these tags. Thank you
for answer.
