[Design] Homepage - map layers

One of the things that bugs me most about the homepage, newcomers don't
realise there are other map styles.

I had an idea that I think could count as a small change and not need to the
whole OSMF membership to ratify it.
You see that 'Edit' tab now has a mouse-over dropdown. Can we copy that to
the 'View' tab with options: Mapnik style, OpenCycleMap style, etc...

It could work while we only have a few layers anyway.
What do others think?
