[Openstreetmap-dev] Bug encountered while uploading more data

While uploading
<URL:http://developer.skolelinux.no/~pere/gis/openstreetmap/data/jm-2003-09.gpx.gz>
into OSM, I got this error:

  unable to complete your request.

  error log.

This just happened.  There was no timestamp on the document, so I am
not sure what to provide to make log searching easier.
