As what I remember we already had missing nodes before. So I had the osm-check
script already look for those.

Now that you bring that up and I think about it: you're right imi. It could
definitely improve the quality of the Base-Data.

I can add an export of an fix-missing-nodes.osm file to osm-check.
It would have the modified tags set and you can then load it into josm check
the result and upload it to the server again.
