Hi,

could the apache cache (or squid or whatever is running on
dev.openstreetmap.org) be shut off, so that changes to the /var/www/* files
are taken immediatly into account?

An access to http://imi.dev.openstreetmap.org/api/0.2/map?bbox=0,0,1,1

yield in a log entry in /var/log/apache2/dev.imi.error.log

[Sun Jan 15 18:47:06 2006] [error] mod_ruby: error in ruby
[Sun Jan 15 18:47:06 2006] [error]
mod_ruby: /var/www/imi/ruby/api/osm/dao.rb:124:in `+': can't convert nil into
String (TypeError)
[Sun Jan 15 18:47:06 2006] [error] mod_ruby:
from /var/www/imi/ruby/api/osm/dao.rb:124:in `check_user?'
[Sun Jan 15 18:47:06 2006] [error] mod_ruby:
from /var/www/steve/ruby/api/apache/simple-auth.rb:26:in `authenticate'

while:
dev:/var/www/imi$ ls -a
. ..
dev:/var/www/imi$

So I assume there is something cached on the dev server ;-(

Ciao, Imi.
