[OSM-dev] New map renderer now working in OSM environment

I have only included the following areas:

- the 49N, 7W, 59N, 2E box and
- the 40N, 7W, 49N, 10E box

for testing purposes.

Once it goes on the main server that won't be a problem... :-)
