Well they're 8 bit when I asked them to be true-colour, which is kind of 
strange....

ATM it's just a command-line script which generates a png. Also no 
transparency yet, but it'll be a simple cut-and-paste job from streets.rb. 
About 10 minutes of coding will be sufficient to put the CGI in and hook 
it up to wms. This should be done by this evening.
